Balsamic Vinegar | Vignola

Vignola, aged balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI is a product of excellence dedicated to one of the most famous architects of the Renaissance, Jacopo Barozzi, and to his hometown, Vignola.

With a shiny brown color, with amber reflections given by the Trebbiano grape, the nose is ripe fruity and slightly pungent.

On the palate it opens with an intense, harmonious fruitiness, with notes of ripe cherry and red fruits; the acidity is balanced and well integrated.

On the finish spicy notes and long persistence.
